At Hyland Group, we ensure clients and developers achieve the optimal use of available project space. With extensive experience in utilizing a variety of wall partitions including SFS (Steel Framing Systems) – Infill & Load-Bearing Systems and LWSF (Light Weight Steel Frames). We design and fit-out interiors with a bespoke finish that meets your unique needs.

We provide glazed and solid partitioning, laminate, veneered doors, glass doors, and custom graphics, ensuring the desired fire, acoustic, and structural performance is achieved.

Metal stud partitions that are non-loadbearing internal partitions suitable for all types of housing, commercial and retail developments. These can be constructed to a height of 7.90m and are single or doubled boarded each side with a plasterboard type to suit any individual requirement. These can be installed to suit particular arrangements and can include faceted or curved layouts. In addition these can be combined with a range of insulations to enhance their acoustic and thermal qualities.
We offer wall lining options for quick fix installations which consist of blockwork walls being lined with either a metal top hat section or Gypliner system to enable plasterboard to be fixed directly to them.
As an alternative to traditional plastering, this system allows for a much quicker installation time as it is a completely dry system.

FIRE PROTECTION

Compartmentation: Creating fire-resistance rated compartments to prevent the spread of fire and smoke.
Cavity Smoke and Fire Barriers: Installing barriers to block fire and smoke in concealed spaces.
Encasement of Structural Steel Columns and Beams: Protecting steel structures to maintain their integrity during a fire.
Fire Blankets and Fire Curtains: Providing up to 180 minutes of fire protection where required.

Our expertise encompasses traditional methods such as sand and cement, skimming, wet & dry dash, and terolene applications. Additionally, we specialize in the application of coloured renders and monoceche, utilising products from leading brands such as KRend, Parex, Weber, and STO.

INSULATION
At Hyland Group, we offer a comprehensive range of insulation solutions designed to meet all guidelines and regulations. Our insulation services fall into three main categories:
Quilt / Rigid Insulation
Ideal for use in metal stud partitions, above MF or grid ceilings, and between joists, purlins, and rafters in domestic houses. Each type of insulation is available in various thicknesses to meet specific design requirements.
Termex Pumped Cellulose Insulation
As agents and installers for Termex cellulose blown fibre insulation, we provide an eco-friendly option manufactured from clean newspaper with vegetable-oil-based natural pigments. Non-volatile boric minerals enhance fire and vermin protection, and the manufacturing process is energy efficient.
Termex Insulation
Suitable for attics and timber frame external walls. We offer product demonstrations upon request.

Acoustic insulation

Thermal Insulation Coverings
Thermal insulation coverings are installed over insulated pipework, ducts, and valves. They help protect against wind, moisture, and adverse temperature and can be used inside and outside your building.
Passive Fire Protection Insulation
Passive fire protection insulation is building insulation that is fire-resistant, non-toxic, and non-combustible. If there is a fire, the insulation will slow its spread, containing it to the building and ensuring people can exit safely.
Many types of fire protection insulation are available, with most materials offering soundproofing and heat retention too.
